About the event
The space is being created for you to come and just be. A few moments of escape and Sound Bath healing. This is an opportunity to give yourself the moments of relaxation that you deserve. You will have a few minutes to gather, enjoy some light snacks and seasonal tea. Then we will come together for an hour of guided prompts and enjoy the sound frequencies of a variety of healing insturments. This is a casual experience the body will unwind, the mind will quiet and you will feel more at peace. Leading to a clearer mind and deeper sleep. It is encouraged to dress comfortably, bring water, Â a journal and extra blanket if you desire. Yoga mats and blanket will be provided.
