This full moon sound bath is a meditative experience that combines the energy of the full moon with the healing vibrations of sound. Gather in the serene setting of La Bella Vie, the new wellness center in Camarillo, to immerse themselves in sound waves produced by various instruments.
The full moon is believed to amplify energy, making it an ideal time for reflection, intention-setting, and emotional release.
Common instruments used include singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and tuning forks, each producing unique frequencies that promote relaxation and healing.
