We'll begin with a guided cacao ritual to cultivate connection and clarity, led by Maggie, followed by a restorative sound bath featuring crystal bowls and soothing instruments to calm the nervous system and support deep relaxation.

This experience is an invitation to soften, reset, and realign with what's ready to bloom within and around you.

Mats, Blankets, Pillows and Eye Pillow will be provided.
