Held is an immersive event blending a meditative sound bath by Breanne Swenson with live poetry on the tenderness of motherhood by Allison Mei-Li.
Tea and chocolate-covered strawberries will be served. Mats + pillows provided plus a fun filled gift bag. Bring a blanket and/or eye mask for added comfort.
